Cookies Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Tanto Creators SL, trading as Tanto Creators (“we”, “us”, “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on tantocreators.com. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.

You can accept, reject or change your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie banner, or through the link in Section 7 below.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They let the site recognise your device, remember your preferences and understand how the site is being used.

We also use technologies that work in a similar way — tracking pixels, tags, local storage and browser fingerprinting scripts used by our advertising partners. For simplicity we refer to all of them as “cookies” throughout this policy.

2. Who is responsible for these cookies

Legal name: Tanto Creators SL
Email: contact@tantocreators.com

Third-party providers listed in Section 5 act as independent controllers for the cookies they set. Their own policies govern that processing.

3. Why we use cookies

As a marketing agency we also test tracking configurations on our own site before recommending them to clients. Any such testing uses the same categories and consent rules described below.

4. Categories of cookies we use

5. Third-party cookies

The following third parties may set cookies on this site once you consent. Remove any provider you do not actually use before publishing.

Each provider publishes its own privacy and cookie notice. We do not control how long they retain the data they collect.

6. Our legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies are used without consent, because they are required to deliver a service you have expressly requested (Article 22.2 LSSI-CE).

All other cookies are used only on the basis of your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw that consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew.

7. Managing your preferences

You can review or change your choices at any time by opening the cookie settings panel.

Under Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) guidance we will ask you to confirm your preferences again at least every 24 months.

8. Controlling cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings:

Blocking all cookies may stop parts of this site from working properly, including forms and embedded video.

9. International data transfers

Some of the providers listed above are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Where data is transferred, it relies on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or on Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary safeguards.

10. How long cookies last

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them; the maximum durations are listed in Section 4.

11. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email contact@tantocreators.com.

If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. The date at the top always reflects the current version. If we make a material change to how we use non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent again.
